INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PRESENTATIONS
As already communicated via email, we remind that the speakers are invited to prepare their slides according to the instructions and timelines indicated below:
- KEYNOTE TALKS will last 45 minutes (ideally, 40′ for the presentation + 5′ for the questions);
- ORAL COMMUNICATIONS will last 20 minutes (ideally, 15′ for the presentation + 5′ for the questions);
- POSTER COMMUNICATIONS will last 8 minutes (ideally, 5′ for the presentation + 3′ for the questions).
Please notice that a presentation is requested also for POSTER COMMUNICATIONS, instead of the classical printed papery poster.
All the presentations must be in .ppt or .pdf format; slides must be with a horizontal orientation, preferably in 16:9 format.

SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM/TO THE STATION
The shuttle service, that is included in the registration fee and made available only for those who already confirmed the request to the Park staff, is confirmed for both June 30 and July 5, from and to the train stations of Trento and Feltre.
The interested participants who have already communicated the details of their trip will shortly receive more precise information regarding the times and methods of the picking-up.

A packed lunch for the two excursions is not included in the registration fee.
The participants will have to provide for themselves.

EXCURSION 2
Friday, July 4
Meeting: Fiera di Primiero bus station (Via Dante, 2), 8:15 a.m.
Departure: 8:30 – N.B. the trip is booked for our group on public transport, therefore punctuality is recommended!
Return: the rides downhill are at: 2:19 p.m. – 3.50 p.m. – 5.00 p.m.
IMPORTANT: before the excursion of Friday, each participant must have downloaded the Trentino Guest Card through a code associated with their stay that must be issued to them at the facility where they are staying. This is a procedure that the host is responsible for, but since not all hotels are very active on this point, it is important that if the host does not issue it by default, the participants have to explicitly request it from the facility, at the reception. The Trentino Guest Card entitles to a series of benefits in the area, including free public transport which is used on Friday to go up to Val Canali.
