The Park\u2019s Plan is a fundamental instrument for the protection of the natural, environmental, historical, cultural, anthropological and traditional values of the territory of the Natural Park of Paneveggio Pale di San Martino. It is a complex instrument, which takes account of the need to combine the protection of the environment with the history and the traditions of a territory that for centuries has been used by mankind for its activities.<\/p>\n

On 22 January 2016 the Provincial Government, with deliberation no. 29, has definitively approved the revision\/variant of the Park\u2019s Plan, pursuant to Provincial Law 11\/2007 and article 27 and following of the DPP no. 3-35\/Leg. of 21 January 2010. The approved Plan was published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Trentino Alto Adige no. 5 of 2 February 2016. Therefore, the Plan became effective on 3 February 2016. We thank the institutions, companies, associations and citizens who have contributed, through their observations and their input of ideas, to making the Plan closer to the needs of the territory.
