The organisation of the Nature Park Authority \u201cEnte Parco Naturale Paneveggio Pale di San Martino\u201d is governed by Provincial Law no. 11 of 23 May 2007.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Management bodies of the Park Authority are:<\/span><\/p>\n

The President<\/b>: represents the Authority and is responsible for the decisions of the Institutional bodies. Convenes and presides over the Executive Committee and the Management Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Management Committee<\/b>: determines the political-administrative addresses and the fundamental acts of planning and organisation of the Park and monitors their implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Executive Committee<\/b>: adopts all measures relating to the exercise of the functions and the fulfilment of the tasks and activities of the Park. Carries out proposal activities to the Management Committee with regard to the regulations, plans, programmes, budget, personnel management, agreements and treaties.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Director<\/b>: oversees and is responsible for managing the technical, financial and administrative activities of the Park and verifies the achievement of the objectives and the implementation of the programmes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Board of auditors<\/b>: performs the checks it deems appropriate in regard to the developments of the management of the Authority and has the obligation of examining the Income Statement. The Park Headquarters is located at\u00a0Villa Welsperg, localit\u00e0 Castelpietra 2, 38054 Primiero San Martino di Castrozza (TN)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
